توقيف سارق بالجرم المشهود

صدر عن المديريّة العامّة لقوى الأمن الداخلي ـ شعبة العلاقات العامّة البلاغ الآتي: 

"في إطار المتابعة اليوميّة التي تقوم بها قوى الأمن الدّاخلي للحدّ من الجرائم بمختلف أنواعها، ولا سيّما تلك المتعلّقة بسرقة الدّرّاجات الآليّة، رصدت دوريّة من مفرزة استقصاء بيروت في وحدة شرطة بيروت، بتاريخ 21-4-2025 شخصَين يقومان بجرّ درّاجة آليّة من دون لوحات، في محلّة بدارو.

فور مشاهدتهما لعناصر الدوريّة، لاذ أحدهما بالفرار، فيما تمكّنت العناصر من توقيف المشتبه به الثّاني بعد مطاردته، ويُدعى:

ج. أ. (مواليد عام 2004، لبناني)

وهو من أصحاب السّوابق في جرائم سرقة سيّارات.

باستماعه، اعترف بإقدامه في اليوم ذاته على سرقة الدّراجة من محلّة مار مخايل، بعد أن قام بخلع مقودها، بالاشتراك مع شخصٍ آخر تولّى قطر الدّرّاجة المسروقة.

أعيدت الدّرّاجة إلى مالكها، وأودع الموقوف القطعة المعنيّة لإجراء المقتضى القانوني بحقّه، بناءً على إشارة القضاء المختصّ.

العمل مستمرّ لتوقيف المتورّط الثّاني

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following statement:

As part of the daily follow-up carried out by the Internal Security Forces to limit crimes of various types, especially those related to motorcycle theft, a patrol from the Beirut Investigation Unit in the Beirut Police Unit, on 21-4-2025, spotted two individuals dragging a motorcycle without plates in the Badaro area.

Upon seeing the patrol, one of them fled, while the officers managed to arrest the second suspect after a chase, identified as:

J.A. (born in 2004, Lebanese)

He has a prior record in car theft crimes.

During questioning, he admitted that on the same day he stole the motorcycle from the Mar Mikhael area after breaking its steering lock, in cooperation with another person who was towing the stolen motorcycle.

The motorcycle was returned to its owner, and the detainee was referred to the concerned unit for legal action against him, based on the direction of the competent judiciary.

Efforts are ongoing to arrest the second suspect
