“الدبلوماسية امتداد للميدان”
أكدت الناطقة باسم الحكومة الإيرانية فاطمة مهاجراني أن المفاوضات تمثل امتدادًا للميدان، مشددة على أن طهران تدعم الحوار القائم على الاحترام المتبادل والاعتراف بالحقوق. وأوضحت أن أي مفاوضات تهدف إلى “إخضاع وإذلال الشعب الإيراني” مرفوضة، وأن إيران لن تنخرط في الحوار إلا ضمن شروط تقوم على الاحترام المتبادل.
خيار التصعيد حاضر
من جهته، شدد رئيس لجنة الأمن القومي في البرلمان الإيراني إبراهيم عزيزي على أن الميدان والدبلوماسية مساران متكاملان، معتبرًا أن إيران ماضية في “طريق العزة والتقدم”. وأشار إلى أن “لغة الميدان” قد تفرض نفسها في حال فشل المسار الدبلوماسي، في إشارة إلى بقاء خيار التصعيد مطروحًا.
غموض حول موعد الجولة الثانية
في المقابل، لا تزال ملامح الجولة المقبلة غير واضحة، إذ لم تؤكد واشنطن أو طهران موعدها رسميًا، فيما نفى التلفزيون الإيراني مغادرة أي وفد إلى إسلام آباد حتى الآن.
ورغم ذلك، تحدثت تقارير أميركية عن احتمال توجه وفد يضم نائب الرئيس جي دي فانس إلى باكستان، في حين نقلت “أسوشيتد برس” عن مسؤولين إقليميين أن الوسطاء، بقيادة باكستان، تلقوا تأكيدات بمشاركة فانس ورئيس البرلمان الإيراني محمد باقر قاليباف في الجولة الثانية.
هدنة هشة ومفاوضات مفتوحة
تأتي هذه التطورات مع اقتراب انتهاء وقف إطلاق النار الهش بين الطرفين، وبعد فشل الجولة الأولى بسبب خلافات جوهرية، خصوصًا حول الملف النووي وشروط التهدئة.
Diplomacy is an extension of the battlefield
The spokesperson for the Iranian government, Fatemeh Mohajerani, confirmed that negotiations represent an extension of the battlefield, stressing that Tehran supports dialogue based on mutual respect and recognition of rights. She explained that any negotiations aimed at 'subjugating and humiliating the Iranian people' are rejected, and that Iran will only engage in dialogue under conditions based on mutual respect.
The option of escalation remains present
For his part, the head of the National Security Committee in the Iranian parliament, Ebrahim Azizi, stressed that the battlefield and diplomacy are complementary paths, considering that Iran is moving forward on the 'path of dignity and progress.' He pointed out that the 'language of the battlefield' may impose itself if the diplomatic track fails, indicating that the option of escalation remains on the table.
Uncertainty over the timing of the second round
On the other hand, the features of the next round remain unclear, as neither Washington nor Tehran has officially confirmed its date, while Iranian television denied that any delegation has left for Islamabad so far.
Despite this, American reports spoke of the possibility of a delegation including Vice President JD Vance heading to Pakistan, while the Associated Press reported, citing regional officials, that mediators, led by Pakistan, received confirmations of the participation of Vance and Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf in the second round.
A fragile truce and open negotiations
These developments come as the fragile ceasefire between the two sides approaches its end, and after the failure of the first round due to fundamental disagreements, particularly over the nuclear file and the terms of de-escalation.
