أعلنت وزارة الطاقة والمياه أنّ «السعر العادل» لتعرفات المولدات الكهربائية الخاصة عن شهر نيسان حدّد بـ49,395 ليرة لبنانية لكل كيلواط/ساعة للمناطق الواقعة دون 700 متر أو ضمن المدن والتجمعات المكتظة، و54,335 ليرة لكل كيلواط/ساعة للمناطق المرتفعة أو المتباعدة.
وأوضحت أنّه بالنسبة للمشتركين بالعدادات في المدن، بلغت التسعيرة الثابتة 385,000 ليرة لاشتراك 5 أمبير و685,000 ليرة لاشتراك 10 أمبير، على أن تُضاف الكلفة الشهرية وفق الاستهلاك. أما في القرى والمناطق المرتفعة، فتعتمد نفس الشطور الثابتة مع احتساب الكيلواط/ساعة وفق التسعيرة الأعلى. كما يُضاف 300,000 ليرة على الشطر الثابت لكل 5 أمبير إضافي.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أنّ هذه التسعيرة مبنية على متوسط سعر صفيحة المازوت في نيسان، البالغ 2,480,683 ليرة، مع احتساب مختلف التكاليف التشغيلية وهامش ربح لأصحاب المولدات، إضافة إلى كلفة التوزيع وسعر صرف وسطي للدولار بلغ 89,700 ليرة.
وأكدت أنّ التسعيرة صادرة وفق الآلية المعتمدة منذ عام 2010 وقرارات مجلس الوزراء ذات الصلة، بالتنسيق مع وزارات الداخلية والاقتصاد، مشيرة إلى أنها أحالت التسعيرة إلى الجهات المعنية لمتابعة تنفيذها.
ودعت الوزارة أصحاب المولدات إلى الالتزام بتركيب العدادات وعدم فرض أي رسوم إضافية غير قانونية، مثل ضريبة القيمة المضافة غير المسجّلة أو كلفة الصيانة أو رسوم على مستخدمي الطاقة الشمسية.
كما شددت على ضرورة تكثيف الرقابة من قبل وزارة الاقتصاد والجهات المعنية لضمان حسن تطبيق التسعيرة واتخاذ الإجراءات بحق المخالفين، لافتة إلى نشر جدول تركيب الأسعار على موقعها الرسمي.
The Ministry of Energy and Water announced that the “fair price” for private generator tariffs for the month of April has been set at 49,395 Lebanese pounds per kilowatt/hour for areas below 700 meters or within cities and densely populated areas, and 54,335 pounds per kilowatt/hour for higher or more remote areas.
It explained that for subscribers with meters in cities, the fixed tariff amounts to 385,000 pounds for a 5-amp subscription and 685,000 pounds for a 10-amp subscription, with the monthly cost added based on consumption. In villages and higher مناطق, the same fixed tiers apply, with the kilowatt/hour calculated according to the higher tariff. An additional 300,000 pounds is added to the fixed tier for each extra 5 amps.
The ministry indicated that this tariff is based on the average price of a diesel can in April, which reached 2,480,683 pounds, taking into account various operational costs, a profit margin for generator owners, distribution costs, and an average exchange rate of 89,700 pounds per dollar.
It confirmed that the tariff is issued according to the mechanism adopted since 2010 and relevant Council of Ministers decisions, in coordination with the Ministries of Interior and Economy, noting that it has been referred to the concerned authorities for follow-up on its implementation.
The ministry called on generator owners to comply with installing meters and not to impose any additional illegal fees, such as unregistered VAT, maintenance costs, or charges on solar energy users.
It also stressed the need to intensify monitoring by the Ministry of Economy and relevant authorities to ensure proper implementation of the tariff and to take action against violators, noting that the price schedule has been published on its official website.
