ترامب يعلن وقف إطلاق نار لمدة 10 أيام بين إسرائيل ولبنان
أعلن الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب التوصل إلى اتفاق وقف إطلاق نار لمدة 10 أيام بين إسرائيل ولبنان، دخل حيّز التنفيذ عند 17:00 بتوقيت شرق الولايات المتحدة (21:00 بتوقيت غرينتش؛ منتصف الليل بتوقيت لبنان) في 16 أبريل.
ودعا ترامب حزب الله إلى الالتزام بالهدنة، معربًا عن أمله بأن “يتصرف بشكل جيد خلال هذه الفترة المهمة.”
بالتزامن، أعلنت إيران إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز بالكامل أمام الملاحة التجارية خلال فترة وقف إطلاق النار.
بنود الاتفاق:
• الهدنة تستمر 10 أيام مع إمكانية تمديدها إذا تقدمت المفاوضات.
• تحتفظ إسرائيل بحق الرد والدفاع عن النفس ضد أي هجمات.
• على لبنان اتخاذ خطوات لمنع حزب الله أو أي مجموعات مسلحة أخرى من مهاجمة إسرائيل.
• قوات الأمن اللبنانية تتحمل المسؤولية الحصرية عن أمن البلاد.
• ستواصل الولايات المتحدة تسهيل المفاوضات المباشرة بين لبنان وإسرائيل.
وقالت واشنطن إن الاتفاق يمثل “بادرة حسن نية” من إسرائيل لفتح الباب أمام مفاوضات نحو اتفاق دائم للسلام والأمن.
كما دعا ترامب رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو والرئيس اللبناني جوزاف عون إلى البيت الأبيض لمواصلة المفاوضات.
ردود الفعل:
• نتنياهو وصف الاتفاق بأنه “فرصة لاتفاق سلام تاريخي.”
• رئيس الحكومة اللبنانية نواف سلام أعرب عن أمله بعودة النازحين إلى منازلهم.
• الرئيس جوزاف عون قال إن هذه الفرصة “لا يجب أن تُهدر.”
من جهته، أبدى حزب الله استعدادًا لاحترام وقف إطلاق النار لكنه طالب بـ:
• وقف كامل للهجمات الإسرائيلية على لبنان
• عدم حرية تحرك القوات الإسرائيلية داخل الأراضي اللبنانية
وقال المسؤول في حزب الله وفيق صفا إن مسألة نزع السلاح لن تُطرح قبل انسحاب إسرائيل وتحقيق وقف إطلاق نار حقيقي.
بقاء القوات الإسرائيلية في الجنوب:
رغم الهدنة، أعلن نتنياهو أن القوات الإسرائيلية ستبقى على عمق نحو 10 كلم داخل جنوب لبنان ضمن ما تسميه إسرائيل “منطقة أمنية.”
• أكثر من 1.2 مليون شخص نزحوا في لبنان منذ بدء القتال.
• أكثر من 1400 مبنى دُمّر في جنوب لبنان بحسب تقديرات.
• إسرائيل تدرس توسيع المنطقة حتى نهر الليطاني.
وقد انتقد لبنان ودول أوروبية و**الأمم المتحدة** هذه الخطوة، معتبرين أنها قد تعني احتلالًا جديدًا لأراضٍ لبنانية.
ارتباط الصراع بإيران:
بدأ التصعيد بعد ضربات أميركية وإسرائيلية ضد إيران، تبعتها هجمات من طهران وحلفائها في المنطقة، بينهم حزب الله.
وأدى ذلك إلى إغلاق مؤقت لمضيق هرمز الذي يمر عبره نحو 20% من تجارة النفط والغاز العالمية، ما تسبب بارتفاع أسعار الطاقة عالميًا.
ورغم إعلان إيران إعادة فتح المضيق، قال ترامب إن الحصار البحري الأميركي على الموانئ الإيرانية سيستمر حتى اكتمال الاتفاق مع طهران.

• أكثر من 2100 شهيد و7000 جريح في لبنان
• بينهم 260 امرأة و172 طفلًا
• مقتل مدنيين اثنين في إسرائيل جراء هجمات حزب الله

Trump Announces 10-Day Israel–Lebanon Ceasefire
US President Donald Trump announced a 10-day ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon, which took effect at 17:00 EST (21:00 GMT; midnight local time) on April 16.
Trump urged Hezbollah to respect the truce, saying he hopes the group will “act nicely and well during this important period.”
At the same time, Iran announced the Strait of Hormuz is fully open for commercial shipping during the ceasefire.
Ceasefire terms:
• The truce will last 10 days, with the possibility of extension if negotiations progress.
• Israel retains the right to self-defense against any attacks.
• Lebanon must take steps to prevent Hezbollah or other armed groups from attacking Israel.
• Lebanese security forces hold exclusive responsibility for national security.
• The US will continue facilitating direct talks between Israel and Lebanon.
Washington described the agreement as a “gesture of goodwill” by Israel to enable negotiations toward a permanent peace and security deal.
Trump also invited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun to the White House for further talks.
Reactions:
• Netanyahu called the truce “an opportunity for a historic peace agreement.”
• Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam said it could allow displaced civilians to return home.
• President Joseph Aoun said the opportunity “must not be wasted.”
Hezbollah signaled willingness to respect the ceasefire but demanded:
• A complete halt to Israeli attacks across Lebanon
• No freedom of movement for Israeli forces
Senior Hezbollah official Wafiq Safa said disarmament will not be discussed until Israel withdraws and a real ceasefire is in place.
Israeli troops remain in southern Lebanon:
Despite the truce, Netanyahu said Israeli forces will remain about 10 km inside southern Lebanon in what Israel calls a “security zone.”
• More than 1.2 million people have been displaced in Lebanon
• Over 1,400 buildings destroyed in southern Lebanon
• Israel may extend the zone up to the Litani River
Lebanon, the UN, and several European countries criticized the move, warning it could mean a new occupation of Lebanese territory.
Link to the Iran conflict:
The escalation followed US and Israeli strikes on Iran, which triggered retaliation from Tehran and its regional allies, including Hezbollah.
Iran temporarily blocked the Strait of Hormuz, through which around 20% of global oil and LNG shipments pass, causing global energy prices to surge.
Although Iran has reopened the strait during the ceasefire, Trump said US maritime restrictions on Iranian ports will remain until negotiations with Tehran are fully completed.

• 2,100+ killed and 7,000 wounded in Lebanon
• 260 women and 172 children among the dead
• 2 civilians killed in Israel
• 13 Israeli soldiers killed in combat in Lebanon
In the latest development, the Israeli military destroyed the last bridge connecting southern Lebanon to the rest of the country, further isolating the region and raising fears of long-term occupation.
