منع عودة المدنيين واحتلال مستمر: إليكم شروط إسرائيل بعد المفاوضات

أفادت قناة “الميادين” بأن الشروط الإسرائيلية المطروحة تتضمن تقسيم الأراضي اللبنانية إلى ثلاث مناطق، ضمن خطة تهدف إلى تفكيك حزب الله ونزع سلاحه.

منطقة عازلة دائمة في الجنوب

وتقضي الشروط بإنشاء منطقة أولى عازلة ودائمة بعمق 8 كيلومترات، يُمنع فيها عودة المدنيين النازحين.

جنوب الليطاني منطقة عمليات عسكرية

أما المنطقة الثانية، فتشمل جنوب نهر الليطاني، على أن تُعتبر منطقة عمليات عسكرية إسرائيلية، حيث يستمر الوجود العسكري الإسرائيلي فيها حتى تحقيق أهدافه.

شمال الليطاني تحت مسؤولية الجيش اللبناني

وتضم المنطقة الثالثة شمال نهر الليطاني وبقية الأراضي اللبنانية، على أن يتولى الجيش اللبناني فيها مهمة تفكيك حزب الله بشكل مستقل.

شرط أساسي: لا انسحاب قبل “القضاء على حزب الله”

وبحسب ما نقلته “الميادين”، فإن الشرط الأساسي يتمثل في عدم انسحاب إسرائيل بشكل كامل قبل ما تصفه بـ”القضاء على حزب الله”

Al Mayadeen reported that the proposed Israeli conditions include dividing Lebanese territory into three areas, as part of a plan aimed at dismantling Hezbollah and disarming it.

A permanent buffer zone in the south

The conditions stipulate the creation of a first permanent buffer zone with a depth of 8 kilometers, where the return of displaced civilians is prohibited.

South of the Litani as a military operations zone

The second area includes south of the Litani River, to be considered an Israeli military operations zone, where Israeli military presence continues until its objectives are achieved.

North of the Litani under Lebanese Army responsibility

The third area includes north of the Litani River and the rest of Lebanese territory, where the Lebanese Army would be tasked with dismantling Hezbollah independently.

Key condition: no withdrawal before eliminating Hezbollah

According to Al Mayadeen, the main condition is that Israel will not fully withdraw before what it describes as the elimination of Hezbollah
